As we step into 2026 with renewed purpose and hope, the Management and Board of Cure Childhood Cancer Ghana Foundation (CCCG) paid a courtesy call on the Medical Director of the Greater Accra Regional Hospital, Dr. Leslie Issa Adam-Zakariah .
The visit provided an opportunity for the CCCG team to express our heartfelt appreciation for Dr. Adam-Zakariah’s continuous support for the Foundation and, most importantly, for the Paediatric Oncology Unit. We also shared our vision and desire to further strengthen and formalise our partnership with the hospital to ensure sustainable, quality care for children battling cancer.
Dr. Adam-Zakariah reaffirmed his commitment to CCCG’s work and commended the Foundation for the consistent interventions and support provided to children and families receiving care at the Paediatric Oncology Unit.
Established in 2023, Cure Childhood Cancer Ghana Foundation was born out of the conviction of passionate health professionals who believe that no child, regardless of background or circumstance, should be denied access to life-saving cancer treatment. Since our inception in 2023, CCCG has supported paediatric cancer care at both the Greater Accra Regional Hospital and the Tamale Teaching Hospital.
Our work is made possible through the generosity and benevolence of individuals and corporate partners who believe in giving children a fighting chance at life.
As we begin the year, we invite you to walk this journey with us, through giving, advocacy, or partnership, so together we can continue to channel hope into healing.
